STMA 50TON FORKLIFT "Hardcore Challenge"!
STMA FORKLIFT "Hardcore Challenge"! Fujian Special Equipment Inspection Institute successfully completed three days of rigorous testing, safeguarding the safety of heavy operations.

Recently, a 50 ton heavy duty forklift successfully completed a high-standard special equipment inspection at the STMA FORKLIFT plant. As one of the few domestic suppliers with the capability to R&D and produce 50t forklifts truck, the company invited a specialized technical team from the Fujian Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Fujian Special Equipment Inspection Institute") to conduct rigorous full-process testing on the forklift, which it independently developed and produced. Ultimately, the equipment successfully conquered the dual extreme conditions of "40-degree vehicle tilt + carrying a 120 ton over-rated load (2.4 times)". All core safety indicators strictly complied with the national standard requirements of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Special Motor Vehicles in Plants (Factories)" (GB/T 30038-2013). The successful completion of the test not only demonstrates the company's strong technical capabilities in the field of heavy-duty equipment but also lays a solid safety foundation for the equipment's subsequent deployment in complex scenarios such as heavy-duty port transfers and heavy machinery loading and unloading.

As a core piece of equipment in the industrial heavy-duty forklift field, the 50ton diesel forklift involves multiple key technologies such as structural mechanics, hydraulic systems, and braking technology. Its research and development is highly technical and the manufacturing process is complex; currently, only a few domestic companies possess independent R&D and production capabilities. Leveraging years of technological accumulation in the heavy-duty equipment field, this company successfully overcame several core technological bottlenecks, creating a 50 ton forklift specifically designed for high-intensity working conditions such as ramp operations and heavy-duty loading and unloading. Its safety and stability under extreme environments directly affect production efficiency and the safety of personnel and property. To avoid the losses and time costs associated with long-distance equipment transportation and to comprehensively verify product performance, the company proactively requested "on-site inspection at the factory" from the Fujian Special Equipment Inspection Institute.
Upon receiving the request, the Fujian Special Equipment Inspection Institute attached great importance to the inspection of this rare model in the industry. It quickly assembled a specialized team composed of structural mechanics experts and senior inspection engineers, who worked closely with the company's technical personnel. Combining the actual conditions of the factory site with the product's technical parameters, they customized a dedicated inspection plan: "on-site testing platform setup + comprehensive and precise verification + closed-loop rectification and optimization," ensuring that testing standards were not compromised and that data was accurate and traceable.

At the inspection site, the Fujian Special Equipment Inspection Institute team, equipped with intelligent, high-precision dynamic load monitoring systems and other professional equipment, quickly set up a temporary standardized test scenario, achieving real-time visual monitoring of data throughout the process. In the core testing phase, the forklift precisely drove onto an inclined platform simulating a real steep slope, maintaining a stable posture at a 40 degree incline without any risk of tipping over. Stress testing of the core load-bearing structures, including the frame, mast, and forks, showed no deformation, cracks, or other abnormalities. In the heavy-load braking test, handling a 120ton load and long-distance braking scenarios, the braking distance and braking torque both exceeded national standards, achieving "smooth stopping under heavy load." Simultaneously, safety devices such as limit protection, overload alarms, and emergency stop devices underwent multiple rounds of cyclic triggering tests, all responding quickly and reliably, fully verifying the equipment's high safety redundancy capabilities.
In response to subtle pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic system discovered during testing, technical personnel from both sides held an immediate on-site consultation. The Fujian Special Equipment Inspection Institute (FTI) quickly provided customized rectification suggestions. Leveraging its mature R&D and production experience, the company's technical team responded efficiently, completing optimization and debugging in a short time. After review, all indicators met the standards, ensuring the inspection process was completed successfully.
"Providing on-site extreme testing for one of the few 50 ton forklifts that can be produced domestically is not only a test of the inspection agency's professional capabilities but also a testament to the technological progress of China's heavy-duty equipment manufacturing," said the head of specialized insp
