STMA Made in china Made for the World
If faith had a color, it would surely be Chinese red! Recently, 5pcs heavy-duty forklifts adorned in "Chinese red" were showcased at the STMA Industrial Park. These imposing 40-ton heavy-duty forklifts, after final adjustments and testing, were slowly hoisted onto an ocean-going cargo ship. This batch of domestically developed and manufactured forklifts, produced by a well-known Chinese engineering machinery company, is about to set sail for the Middle East for use in large-scale port logistics and energy projects. This is not only the company's largest single forklift export order this year, but also signifies that domestically produced large-tonnage forklifts, with their superior adaptability and reliability, have successfully entered the global high-end market.

Core Strength: "All-Round Warriors" Born for Extreme Working Conditions
The 16ton, 18ton, 25ton, and 40ton heavy-duty forklifts exported this time are not ordinary warehouse forklifts, but rather "all-rounders" designed specifically for complex and rugged outdoor environments. It features front-wheel drive, an ultra-long-travel suspension system, and heavy-duty off-road tires, giving it powerful passability and climbing ability. It can effortlessly traverse muddy and bumpy roads in port yards, construction sites, and mines—areas traditionally inaccessible to forklifts.
“Middle Eastern customers often work on gravel and temporary surfaces, and frequently need to move large steel structures and heavy equipment containers, placing extremely high demands on the equipment's power, stability, and weather resistance,” explained the company's international business manager. To address this, this forklift model features enhanced cooling and dustproof systems, ensuring stable operation even in high-temperature, dusty environments exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. Its high-efficiency, energy-saving engine meets European and American off-road emission standards, and its powerful hydraulic system ensures smooth lifting and precise control, fully meeting the dual requirements of the international high-end market for performance and environmental protection.

Brand Going Global: A Leap from “Price Advantage” to “Value Win-Win”
This batch of exports is a microcosm of the transformation and upgrading of China's forklift industry. In the past, China's forklift exports mainly consisted of small-to-medium tonnage, high-performance, cost-effective products. Today, STMA's high-tech, high-value-added, and customized heavy-duty products, represented by the 25-ton class, have successfully gone global, demonstrating that "Made in China" is achieving a leap from "product export" to "brand export" and "value export" by leveraging leading technological solutions and comprehensive service guarantees. "We don't simply sell a piece of equipment; we provide a complete material handling solution," said the project's technical manager. From the initial contact, the Chinese team deeply involved themselves in the client's project planning, adjusting attachments and adapting to working conditions based on the specific cargo type, site conditions, and operational processes, ultimately winning the client's trust with an excellent customized solution.
Market Cultivation: Closely Following the Pulse of "Belt and Road" Infrastructure Construction
As a crucial intersection of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the Middle East has seen continuous growth in infrastructure construction in recent years, leading to a strong demand for heavy-duty material handling equipment. Domestically produced heavy-duty forklifts, with their excellent adaptability, high cost-effectiveness, and timely localized service network, are becoming the preferred equipment for many contractors and logistics companies in the region. Industry analysts point out that the successful export of these 25-ton heavy-duty forklifts not only consolidates the position of Chinese forklifts in traditional markets but also sets a benchmark in emerging "Belt and Road" large-scale project markets. It demonstrates the ability of China's equipment manufacturing industry to serve global infrastructure construction and paves the way for the export of larger and more advanced equipment in the future.
Intelligent Connectivity: Remote Service Ensures Global Operations
It is worth mentioning that all of these exported vehicles are equipped with an intelligent remote management platform independently developed by the company. Through this platform, technical service personnel can monitor the health status, location information, and operational data of vehicles located overseas in real time, conduct fault warnings and remote diagnostics, and, in conjunction with local dealer networks, provide rapid after-sales support, greatly reducing customers' maintenance costs and downtime risks, and enhancing the international service reputation of "Made in China."
With the departure of these "steel giants," the competitive landscape of China's heavy-duty forklift industry on the international stage has been further enriched. They embody not only the advanced technology of "Made in China" but also the important mission of Chinese brands to deeply participate in the global industrial chain and contribute to global connectivity.
